We are getting super close to finishing our newest release:
Pilgrimage To Save This Human Race- Full Length CD
"Home of The Winningest H.S. Basketball Team in The Nation"
This CD contains 15 easily lovable songs. This is the first lo-fi pop punk CD Dance Machine Records has had a chance to release, so we bit the hook and his exuberant songs reeled us right in. This release is definatly a must get.

This artist has had many sounds and names. But this release will top all of them. He goes into more than just making sounds and noise. Each song he made for this cd is created with feelings and, will in turn, make you feel.

I just recently met Oubliette. He experiments with all kinds of noises and sounds and knobs on his 3-way telepathy. Seriously, completely independant and full of shock, anger, hate and love. This split tape will be topped off with another artist contributing to make this tape, the tape of the year.

So i ran up to Michael's today and bought some screen printing stuff thats costed a crap load.
My first test run will be tonight i think. It will be a DMR shirt. new design. If it works, i will bring it to school when i get it done!
GOING AWAY PARTY:
MAY 15TH 11:30 A.M. till 7:00 PM.
There will be games, music, and more.
This is a party for me. because i am moving like 45 minutes away. not far at all, but its a good reason to have a party. NO drinking or drugs.

The show seemed to be a success! I saw a lot of new faces which is always awesome.

:::UPCOMING:::
April 1st- Operation:Cliff Clavin/The Max Levine Ensamble split record. These two pop punk bands have an energetic style. Makes you want to dance and eat popsicles. limited copies at 3 bucks a pop.
Near Future- A 5 way split cd will be released. All the bands that are contributing can be described as, but not limited to: ambient/electronical/experimental. We have gathered 5 artist from all over the place to take part in this cd. Israel, New York, California, and Tampa all have a say in this one.
Posters- A group of us will be contributing to make an ultra-cool poster for DMR. Few will be sold. no release date as of now.
Web-site- i'm in the process of getting a website. i need to find a good, trustable web hosting site. anyone know of one? let me know.
Merch- new designs for DMR, m.i.a., pseudo pharmacy shirts will be made. All the ones we have left we will sell for cheap starting Monday March 14th.
M.i.A's cdr "here and there" is OUT OF PRINT. no more left. no more will be made.

M.i.A/ El Gato tape is going to be released as DM06 on Feb. 5th at Stephen's BBQ.
M.i.A.'s side is about 20 minutes long and El Gato's side will be about the same. The tape will cost $1.00 + cool packaging and song info.
M.i.A. is a noisy duo, unbearable drums, screeching guitar, and a kid who likes to smash things.
El Gato is a one man syn orgasm. noisy vocals and robot attributes makes this a masterpiece.
Um..M.i.A. is doing a split with My [left] Uterus in the near future.

Thank you to all that came to my birthday party!! I had a really great time with all of you! I hope you all had fun!
Anyways, So Geri-s show was last night. It was allright. I was getting mad because some of the equipment wasn't working =/. Oh well i guess. Its all good.
Anyone want to do a show sometime soon? I'm all up for it.

well.
There's a show tonight at Jason's. It was suppose to be a surprise but i don't know what happened. anyways, there's a lot of people playing that are good.
Um....My birthday is the 14th (for anyone that cares!) and i'm having some people over and hopefully some people playing. anyone want to come??
I think M.i.A. is mainstream now. I mean, we've been a band since...Lillypalooza, we played Lillypalooza, we played Neptunes, we have 1 cd and 1 tape and shirts, how much more mainstream can we get?? Next thing you know we'll be touring europe and passing out free high grade dvd's out of our huge tour bus that has rediculously expensive water (priced at 500 dollars a bottle...we can afford it though). So come support our mainstreamness. Face it. we are good and you suck!

El Gato has recorded a 5 song tape that will be released sometime in the near future. **El Gato is a ratty drum beat mixed with a loud guitar distorted, and aborted for humans of all kind. Vocals on the last song only.**
Nothing else is new really...the label is going really slow about now...which is bad.
Anyone have any new music?? I want to hear somethig new. Surprise me!
